A professional author website, with someone you can rely on to look after it. Bookwebs has been designing and managing bespoke WordPress websites for authors, writers and publishing professionals since 2007.

We create a website that reflects your writing and gives your books the space they deserve. We also take care of the domain, hosting and technical maintenance, so you can concentrate on your work.

Our support continues after launch. When you have a new book to announce, a review to add or an event to promote, you can send us the details and we’ll update your website for you. If you prefer to make your own changes, we can provide a self-editable website with guidance and support.

Whether you’re publishing your first novel, showcasing an established collection of books or offering publishing services, we’ll help you plan a site that meets your needs—and keep it working for you as those needs change.

From your first website to your next book, you’ll have an experienced web designer to turn to for practical advice, updates and ongoing care. We're not just web designers, we aim to be your personal webmaster.

HOW WE CAN HELP

Everything you need for your author website

From choosing the right structure and design to registering your domain, providing hosting and looking after your website after launch, Bookwebs can manage the whole process for you.

• Advise on suitable pages and content for your site.
• Provide clear instructions on how to prepare your content, including tips on SEO.
• Organise everything you need (for example: a domain name, hosting and a security certificate).
• Agree on a design with you and build your site.
• Launch your site and make sure that everything has been done to give it the best chance of getting noticed on Google.
• Give you advice on how to market your site (for example: set up Facebook and Twitter pages).
• And after your site has been launched, we will look after it for you, providing all the support and help you need.
