Making Changes To Your Website
Once your website has been launched, it would be unusual if you did not want to make some small changes. From a website designers point of view, there are two types of changes:
Easy changes - swapping text and photographs
All you need to do is send us your replacement text and photographs and we will update your site for you (£35 per hour)..
More complex changes - adding extra pages, re-design
These type of changes are more complicated to implement and there may be a larger charge involved. Adding new pages, changing the navigation system and altering graphics fall into this category. Send us the changes you require and we will provide an estimate.
Maintaining the site yourself
If you opt for a contact management system (CMS) you will be able to maintain your website yourself. Our CMS is very easy to use. Even so, you will need a certain level of computer expertise. If you can use a word processor, you should be fine. Changing images is more difficult as images need to resized and compressed for presentation on the web.
Please note that you cannot add new pages to the main menu with our basic CMS. If you want to be able to add pages to your site, you will need a more complicated CMS. Please email us for details.
